Abstract:Insulin‐regulated aminopeptidase (IRAP) is an enzyme with important biological functions and the target of drug‐discovery efforts. We combined in silico screening with a medicinal chemistry optimization campaign to discover a nanomolar inhibitor of IRAP based on a pyrazolylpyrimidine scaffold.
