Abstract:Recent developments in quantum and classical N-body time delay theory and, in particular, the spectral property are presented. The discussion is oriented towards problems of chemical physics interest and the physical insight afforded by the spectral property. The full spectral property and its utility in the classical limit are reviewed for collinear atom-diatom collisions. In addition, the channel specific spectral property and its classical analogue are presented and preliminary numerical studies, designed t… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
