Statin Use May Be Associated With Reduced Active Tuberculosis Infection: A Meta-Analysis of Observational Studies

Abstract: Background: Tuberculosis remains one of the leading causes of mortality among the infectious diseases, while statins were suggested to confer anti-infective efficacy in experimental studies.
