Abstract: ObjectiveThe circulating tumor cells (CTCs) could be captured by the peptide functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (Pep@MNP) detection system in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). CTCs and the CXCR4 expression were detected to explore their clinical significance.
