Abstract: Critical limb ischemia (CLI), a serious outcome of peripheral artery disease, is frequently associated with morbid outcomes. The available treatment modalities do not provide satisfactory results, leading to marked morbidities such as joint contracture and amputations, resulting in a high economic burden.
