Abstract: Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) connected with electrospray high‐resolution tandem mass spectrometry (MS) was used for the analysis of unusual amino acid (AA) substituted phosphatidylglycerols (PG) and cardiolipins (CL) in mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria.
