Abstract:When the rotor is rotating at high speed, the ball bearing stiffness exhibits strong nonlinear characteristics. This paper primarily investigates the influence of different speeds, axial loads, and other factors on the angular contact ball bearing stiffness. To address the inconvenience of simultaneously simulating dynamic temperature fields and deformation results using ANSYS software, a novel coupling method is proposed to achieve simulation results that closely resemble actual working conditions. scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
