“…Кри-терием жизнеспособности считали улучшение локальной сократимости через 8 месяцев после реваскуляризации. Так, чувствительность фар-макологической стресс-ЭхоКГ с левосименда-ном для предсказания жизнеспособности соста-вила 75 %, а специфичность -80 %, в то время как специфичность показателя роста стрейн рей-та  0,29 при введении левосимендана составила 93 % [37].…”

“…Although the interpretation of wall motion is subjective, and there is significant intra-and interobserver variability with DSE, in the clinical setting, the diagnostic accuracy of DSE is good with 85% sensitivity and 79% specificity for the identification of regional functional recovery [47] after AMI. Adding tissue Doppler deformation measurements with DSE was shown to provide additional benefit over wall motion in predicting functional recovery [48][49][50]. Hanekom showed that the addition of strain rate imaging enhanced the sensitivity of dobutamine echocardiography (82% vs. 73%) for assessing myocardial viability, without affecting the specificity [50].…”

“…Further experimental and clinical studies have validated strain rate imaging for the assessment of myocardial viability and suggest that strain rate is a better quantitative parameter for the prediction of functional recovery compared with strain. 24 Although 2D strain is considered a promising tool to improve DSE accuracy in the assessment of myocardial viability, there are not yet clinical studies published in this setting. Becker and co-workers 25 showed recently, however, that 2D strain in rest allows the assessment of transmurality, since radial and circumferential strain impairment is proportional to the extent of transmural scarring.…”
