Strangeness in hadronic interactions

Abstract: Strangeness has always been an important subject at all PANIC conferences as it probably constitutes the best link between particle and nuclear physics. I will thus use the theme of the conference by considering strangeness as a tourist through the world of strong interaction. During this talk we will accompany strangeness from production, to the royaume of mesons and baryons up to the complex world of nuclei.
