Strategic objectives and key priorities ensuring national security in the field of improving Russian citizens’ life quality

Abstract

The article deals with analysis of modern federal strategic documents of the Russian Federation related to improving citizens’ life quality. Particular attention is paid to a favorable environment for achieving sustainable development. The authors justify the conclusion that the main drawback of the documents is their emphasis on technical and technological tools to the detriment of institutional ones.
