“…The factors that need strategic consideration in strengthening information and communications technology (ICT) are internal and external coordination, effective leadership style, operational excellence resource for ICT project, excellent resources for ICT personnel, ICT infrastructure, stakeholder expectation such as successful service rates, service improvement, agility in ICT strategic plan, ICT project management and ICT project governance structure, continuous human resource management, reduction in cost, more innovations, customer satisfaction, and compliances. Further, Ganapathy and Kumar (2014) suggested some of the strategies for improving e-governance in India. The main factors found were technical infrastructure/framework, developing government department coordination, building institutional capacity, building a legal infrastructure, making all information online, popularising e-governance by providing e-literacy to all and setting up of common quality standards for all e-governance activity.…”

“…Among these transition metals, Ni impurities are considered as perfect acceptor in CdS, which tunes its structural and optical properties [22][23]. The various approaches for the synthesis of CdS nanoparticles includes sol gel technique, chemical co-precipitation, spray pyrolysis, solvothermal, microwave (MW) assisted synthesis, etc [24][25][26][27][28][29]. As we know that nanoparticles have very high surface to volume ratio due to which CdS at nanosize attains high surface energy therefore it is a sophisticated task to precise the growth of nanosized CdS [30].…”
