Coaching interventions in graduate medical education have proven successful in increasing technical and communication skills, reducing errors, and improving patient care. Effective stakeholder engagement enhances the relevance, value, and long-term sustainability of interventions, yet specific strategies for stakeholder engagement remain uncertain.
