Purpose: Adoption of self-employment among the youth has introduced a sense of responsibility to stand on the own feet to earn the daily bread for every families. People have come forward to start their own businesses to earn daily income due to which employment opportunities have generated. This study focuses on the granular level study of how startups emerge, causes for the startups to adopt digital marketing to reach a wider section of the society by analysing the past and present thus forecasting the upcoming future. The study involves ABCD analysis as well to dive in depth of various Advantages, Benefits, Challenges and Demerits of digital marketing adoption by startups. Approach: The present study of startups involved with digital marketing to fight against various constraints that challenge them, the semi-systematic study is conducted analysing different secondary sources such as articles, journals and publications on ResearchGate Publication, Google Scholar publication, Srinivas Journal Publication, SSRN, so on to have a macro-view of the present situation. Result: Digital marketing is a motivating factor for people to start their own businesses. There is a larger scope in the current times for still many more people to start their businesses to become entrepreneurs. Just like children aim to become doctors, engineers, pilots and Government officers, in a similar way, people aim of becoming entrepreneurs. Thus, there is a wide scope for institutions to come up with different courses, educational subjects that educate students with different fields, aspects, and subjects of marketing with startups. Practical Implications: The study of performance of startups through digital marketing is a source of base to conduct further analysis for students, researchers, educators, teachers and readers to further conduct similar or other new study on startups and digital marketing topics. This case study holds a complete in-depth understanding of reasons that motivate businessmen to survive in the market in this challenging era. Originality: Based on secondary research, the study has been conducted by referring to various articles, case studies and publications that have been already published with thorough research. Author finds that the referred articles themselves are published after studying different articles by their respective authors after which they have been published. Studying the published articles and case studies acts as a pillar of support for the case study of startups performance through digital marketing. Purpose: To analyze the factors influencing Rig Entrepreneurs with high capacity Borewells, Medium capacity Borewells, Medium capacity Borewells & Low Capacity Borewells. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study's main aim is to explore rig entrepreneurs' problems and prospects with particular reference to Namakkal District So; the study is primarily descriptive. Both primary and secondary data are used for the study. Findings/Results: The study concluded that inadequate working capital was the critical constraint for them to initiate the rig business, followed by the high interest rate and requirements of too many documents and certificates. The lack of managerial skills, lengthy procedures and formalities, commission to a middle man, collateral security, difficulty in getting re-finance, and no proper assistance from any source were the rig entrepreneurs' other constraints. Outcome: Rig entrepreneurs' constraints show that they face stiff competition from wealthy people. Since the investment is high and the return is also high, it makes more wealthy people eager to enter this rig business. Therefore, the wealth prospects should involve themselves in collaborative work with the social entrepreneurs in the joint venture and financial support through CSR instead of competing with social entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial education for rig owners and development programmes like EDP and WEDP should be formed and executed to omit the rig business's lack of technical know-how. The educational institutions should be directed to have a course in their Entrepreneurship cell, with the District Industrial Center’s help to promote more entrepreneurs for the borewell enterprises. Originality/Values: The research work envisages the factors affecting Rig Entrepreneurs in the Namakkal district specifying that the work was carried out to outcome the problems of the rig entrepreneurs in the future. The technology has been improved in all the fields relevant to mines, and drought areas where the rig unit makes it difficult to enter the borewell point. Type of the paper: Primary data using questionnaires were used from various sources like case study analysis, and journals were used for the research work.

Purpose: This review article concentrates on the issue of SMEs' slower adoption of ICT. The review begins with the nature and characteristics of SMEs and their importance, moving on to the challenges in the implementation of ICT by SMEs. The potential use and drivers of ICT in SMEs, their conceptual framework, and the reduction of a gap in ICT adoption are discussed. ICT evaluation strategies in Indian SMEs and other developed countries are analyzed. Finally, before going into the future of ICT in SMEs, the tools used for the analysis of challenges in ICT are reviewed. Methodology: This paper explores the papers and articles available on challenges to the adoption of ICT to analyze various parameters in SMEs. Findings/Results: ICT adoption can assist SMEs in reducing costs by enhancing internal procedures and strengthening their business through better consumer interaction. SMEs appear to be delayed in adopting and using ICT in comparison to other sectors, despite the aforementioned knowledge and the relevance of ICT has long been acknowledged as a sector catalyst for other industries and economic prosperity. While large corporations have increased their use of ICT to obtain a competitive advantage, SMEs, who continue to confront restricted accessibility to markets and information, have shown little interest. Research Limitation: Though the review article has reviewed more than 200 papers, the work is based on literature rather than empirical findings, limiting the current work and paving way for future empirical research on the same. Originality/Value: Based on the findings ABCD analysis and research into the barriers to SMEs adopting ICT and other aspects detailed in this review are warranted.
