Abstract:Left-atrial-appendage-closure (LAAC) is suggested as alternative to antiplatelet/ anticoagulant therapy (AP/AC) for stroke-prevention in patients with cerebralamyloid-angiopathy (CAA), intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and atrial fibrillation (AF).
