Structural and Electrical Properties of LiClO4 Doped PAni Composite Films

Abstract: Conductive Polyaniline PAni was synthesized chemical oxidative polymerization the chemical route. PAni thus synthesized was in-situ doped with HCl acid and Lithium perchlorate in different weight percentage. PAni and its different doped variant thin films were deposited on plain soda glass and conducting ITO glass using CBD technique.
