Structural and optical properties of spray pyrolytically prepared Fe2O3 thin films

Abstract: X.bstract. Fe E 0 3 thin film was prepared using aqueous solution of FeCI 3 by spray pyrolysis. Ihe substrate temperature was 450°C. The lattice parameters a and c for different concentrauons were calculated from X-ray diffraction study. Hexagonal structure of the Fe z O 3 thin film was confirmed. Band gap values of Fe20 3 prepared from different concentrations were determined from optical transmission data.
