Abstract:In this paper some structural, substructural and optical properties of zinc sulfide nanostructures obtained by a CSVS method on bulk ZnSe are investigated. Examination of optical and substructural properties was performed by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The results of these studies enabled determination of the dependence of the main structural film parameters (texture, lattice parameters, grain and X-ray scattering domain sizes, and microstrain) on the growth conditions. IR-spectr… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
