Structural Bases for Chemical and Mechanical Gating in the Piezo1 Channel

Abstract: various peptide concentrations and pH levels. The absorbance transitions are sensitive to the formation of the electronically conductive J-aggregate, allowing for rapid spectroscopic identification.
