Abstract:Deep eutectic solvents (DES), as a new, efficient, and green solvents, have attracted more attention in recent years. This study was performed to extract Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides using DES (DPSP). Subsequently, DPSP was subjected to DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow and Sephadex G-100 column for further purification (DPSP-3). Structural characterization and immunomodulatory activity in RAW264.7 cells were performed. Results showed that the yield of DPSP was (15.62 ± 0.71)%, and its yield was 1.53 times tha… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
