Structural Insights into Phospholipase Cɛ Function

Abstract: Phospholipase C (PLC) is a member of the PLC family of enzymes, which hydrolyze phosphatidylinositol lipids following the activation of G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) and receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs).
