“…These results are in consistent with result of other researchers. 19,20 The dips, m 3 and m 4 , around 870 cm À1 and 965 cm À1 appear to be more prominent in Gd-doped PLZT samples corresponding to formation of new bonds due to (Gd) dopant 21 All data are shown in Table 2. Figure 3A represents the HR-TEM micrograph for Pb 0.92 La 0.06 Gd 0.02 (Zr 0.52 Ti 0.48 )O 3 with the plane spacing magnified in the inset.…”

“…Researchers have experimented with BT and BST in the presence of a variety of dopants, including Bi [25], Ca [26], Dy [27], Er [28], Eu [29], Fe [30], Ho [31], Hf [32], La [33], Nb [34], Rh [35], Sb [36], Sn [37], V [18], Y [38], Zn [39], and Zr [40]. Some existing ceramics have been developed using strontium doped with barium titanate [41][42][43]. Some have been developed using aluminum doped with barium titanate [44].…”

“…Barium strontium titanate ((Ba 1-x Sr x ) TiO 3 , BST), as an infinite solid solution of BaTiO 3 and SrTiO 3 , maintains perovskite structure (ABO 3 ) similar to BaTiO 3 , and has outstanding properties such as high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and excellent ferroelectric properties [1][2]. In addition, its Curie temperature can be adjusted over a wide range of temperature by changing Ba/Sr ratio, making the BST systems become one of the basic ceramic materials for ceramic capacitors [3].…”
