Structural Modification of the Black Bengal Buck (Capra hircus) Acrosome During Post-testicular Maturation of Spermatozoa

Abstract: SUMMARY:The present study was conducted to measure various biometric parameters of intact/normal acrosomes (AC) collected respectively from caput, corpus and cauda epididymis and vas deferens of Black Bengal buck. Giemsa stained acrosomes were measured after camera lucida drawings.
