Abstract:Co-doped CeO 2 (Ce 1-x Co x O 2 , x = 0, 0.03, and 0.06) thin films were prepared by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. The structural, optical, and magnetic properties of these films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy (Raman), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE), and superconducting quantum interference magnetometer (SQUID). XRD and Raman studies revealed that all the films exhibited single phase of c… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
