Abstract: Structural-phase state of the diamond-metallized coating interphase boundary after thermal diffusion metallization of diamond grains by transition metals Cr, Ti were studied. Metallization were conducted under temperature-time mode corresponding to the sintering of cemented carbide matrices with Cu impregnation.
