Structural, Thermal, and Storage Stability of Rapana Thomasiana Hemocyanin in the Presence of Cholinium-Amino Acid-Based Ionic Liquids

Abstract: Novel biocompatible compounds that stabilize proteins in solution are in demand for biomedical and/or biotechnological applications.
