Structure and absolute configuration assignments of ochracines F–L, chamigrane and cadinane sesquiterpenes from the basidiomycete Steccherinum ochraceum HFG119

Abstract

Eleven sesquiterpenes were isolated from cultures of the fungus Steccherinum ochraceum. Their structures were assigned by a combination of ROESY, J-based configuration analysis, computational methods, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
