Structure and insights into the function of a Ca2+-activated Cl− channel

Abstract: Bestrophin calcium-activated chloride channels (CaCCs) regulate the flow of chloride and other monovalent anions across cellular membranes in response to intracellular calcium (Ca2+) levels.
