“…Also, the dielectric properties of the capacitors are compared with those of the other BMN-based capacitors, in terms of the maximum dielectric constant, tunability, and loss tangent as shown in Table 2. Compared with results of the previous reports about BMN films grown on the Pt [28], Au [38], and ITO [32] substrates, the BMN film grown on graphene has larger dielectric constant (compared with the film with similar thickness) and larger tunability (even at a minor bias-field of 1 MV/cm). The large dielectric constant and tunability can both be attributed to the improved crystallization of BMN induced by unique structure of graphene as discussed in the XRD and SEM sections.…”

“…shows the AFM image of the air‐MNO sample and the rms roughness (measurement area = 5 × 5 μm) of all the samples are in the range 0.8–1.7 nm. The result is much lower than the sol–gel‐derived crystalline niobium‐based thin films . It is worth mentioning that a clear blue shift in the optical absorption band edge when the samples annealed in the oxygen‐rich conditions.…”

“…The result is much lower than the sol-gelderived crystalline niobium-based thin films. 8 It is worth mentioning that a clear blue shift in the optical absorption band edge when the samples annealed in the oxygen-rich conditions. To clarify the effect of annealing atmosphere on the optical property of MNO samples, the optical band gap of MNO films were obtained by the method which was introduced in the literature.…”

“…Analytically pure bismuth nitrate pentahydrate, magnesium carbonate, and niobium pentoxide were used as starting materials for preparation of BMN precursor solution. The solution was prepared in a manner similar to that previously reported for BMN films [20]. Stoichiometric Nb 2 O 5 was first dissolved in the appropriate amount of HF at 80°C for 24 h. Ammonia water was added into the above solutions to form chemical precipitate of hydrated niobium pentoxide.…”
