With the continuous development of the social economy, cartoon animation and other multimedia and streaming media forms are becoming more and more popular and are loved by all kinds of people, such as monkey king and Nezha. However, the multimedia of these cartoon animation needs to conform to mainstream values and transmit positive energy. In view of these needs and shortcomings, this study relies on the Bayesian sequence recommendation algorithm, combs the three-tier architecture diagram of multimedia character modeling, analyzes it, respectively, from the perspectives of hierarchy, behavior, and interactive process, and tries to build corresponding animation design management documents, so as to provide corresponding decision-making basis to produce animation and develop corresponding results, provide corresponding reference mode for cartoon animation multimedia character manufacturing, complete corresponding cartoon animation multimedia characters faster, and improve cartoon animation multimedia works and efficiency. The simulation results show that the Bayesian sequence recommendation algorithm is effective and can support the design and modeling of cartoon animation multimedia characters.

<p>Withania somnifera, known as Aswogondha in Bangladesh and some part of India, is a shrub of Solanceae family. Parts of this plant is used as alternative medicine in this region to cure diseases from bronchitis to insomnia. Although such use of the plant is not supported by clinical research, recent studies have found anticancer activity of some proteins derived from w. somnifera. The purpose of this study is to summarize the anticancer activity of medicinal plant Withania somnifera and its bioactive compounds as well as to predict the interaction between phytochemicals (Withanolide, Withaferin-A) and macromolecules that are responsible for cancer cell proliferation. Studies suggested that Withanolide and Withaferin-A from W. somnifera can be used as a cancer chemotherapeutic agent for cancerous cell lines in mice models through modulating various signaling pathway including inhibition, autophagy, apoptosis, radiopreventive pathway and reactive oxygen species pathway. Molecular docking of Withanolide and Withaferin-A against 9 types of vital protein mediators concluded that 3A8X (Protein kinase C iota type) and 1A9U (MAP KINASE P38) are the most active receptor for binding and interacting with Withanolide and Withaferin-A for the prevention and treatment of cancer. On the basis of this review and docking study, it can be concluded that Withania somnifera as well as its derivatives Withanolide and Withaferin-A may be considered as a promising anticancer agent. </p>

The current e-commerce operation model has network defects such as network chaos and uneven network distribution, which affect economic development and progress. In response to the above problems, this article introduces the artificial intelligence system, optimizes and analyzes the structure of e-commerce websites, and combines the Internet economy with online website theory through independent screening and analysis of the artificial intelligence system. The concept of blockchain technology is introduced, and the characteristics of blockchain are analyzed through theory and data using quantitative analysis methods, and the problem of cross-border electronic payment is solved based on blockchain. Based on the analysis of artificial intelligence, an optimized online website innovation plan was obtained. Finally, the online website resource allocation variables are simulated, and the simulation method is used to test the scheme. The simulation test simulates the process of resource allocation, optimizes the use of innovative models, and hires professional financial personnel to observe records. The test verifies the effectiveness of the structure optimization of the e-commerce platform realized in this paper.
