“…Young et al [28] added Al in Mg-Ni-based alloys, which increased the cycle stability of alloys. A study made by us before showed that the discharge capacity, electrochemical kinetics and cycle stability of Mg-Ni-based alloys can be improved by adding Ce [29]. Meanwhile, a Ni coating layer, in addition to corrosion inhibition, can behave as an electrocatalytic role in electrochemical processes, like hydrogen diffusion inside alloys and charge transfer on the alloy surface.…”
