Abstract:Benjamin Goldschneider is a PhD Candidate in Engineering Education at Virginia Tech. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. His research interests include socialization, students' sense of belonging, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovative teaching in First-Year programs.
