Studi Implementasi Model House of Risk (HOR) Untuk Mitigasi Risiko Keterlambatan Material Dan Komponen Impor Pada Pembangunan Kapal Baru

Abstract: Galangan kapal dituntut menyelesaikan pembangunan kapal sesuai dengan kontrak. Show more

“…In House of Risk method, a risk agent that has a high ARP (Aggregate Risk Potential) is selected, which means that the risk agent has a high probability of events and causes many risk events with severe impacts. Then, mitigation actions are prepared for selected risk agents based on the ratio of total effectiveness for the level of difficulty and mitigation actions that can reduce many risk agents with high ARP values (Cahyani, Pribadi, & Baihaqi, 2016). Brainstorming with the company is carried out to examine risky events that occur.…”

“…HOR 1 is used to identify risks and determine priority risk agents to be mitigated. Risk agents who have high Aggregate Risk Potentials (ARP) are selected in HOR because the risk agent has a high probability of occurrence that causes many risk events with severe impacts (Cahyani, Pribadi, & Baihaqi, 2016). HOR 2 aims to prioritize treatment strategies based on their level of effectiveness.…”

“…For example, SMEs that produce Salak Fruit have faced risk events such as damage or deterioration in quality, damage during storage, decrease production, run out of supplies, changes in the number of orders, product returns, delays in processing, damage in handling, and contamination during processing (Risqiyah & Santoso, 2017). Likewise, large industries have to deal with risk events such as those occurring in the shipyard industry (Cahyani et al, 2016) Therefore, currently, industry players need to be aware of the importance of implementing supply chain risk management to survive in a risky environment. Ulfah et al (2016) argue that supply chain risk management is important in keeping the supply chain system uninterrupted because it never knows what will happen in the future.…”
