Studies of spatial uniformity and jitter in SiC UV SPADs

Abstract: Ultraviolet single-photon avalanche detectors (UV-SPADs) that are low cost, size, weight, and power as well as resilient to shock, high temperatures and stray magnetic fields have a number of applications.
