Abstract:A theoretical investigation and evolution of the current rate produced in the Fe/molecule system results from charge transport interaction processes. The current flow charge rate properties of Fe metal contact with ZnPc organic sensitizers are investigated and studied based on analytical calculation and a simple quantum scenario model coupled with a semi-empirical continuum energy state. The current flow charge rate is done due to the transition energy, potential interface, driving energy, and coupling coeffic… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
