Abstract:This study examined how AI-based tools affect memory, problem-solving, anxiety, motivation, self-efficacy, and creativity. AI therapies were tested for cognitive improvement and psychological well-being. Problem-solving skills including analytical thinking and decision-making improved, as did short-term memory (22.4 to 29.8) and long-term memory (23.5 to 28.6).
