Study of Customized Plastic High Heels Footwear

Abstract

Generally, the importance of bending test is used to analyse the resistivity effect on its larger face size.Comparatively, stress induction is quite large in the perpendicular face to the point of contact of bending load. Therefore the thickness wise maximum stress acting area of bending test specimen must be analysed for the purpose to estimate the breaking point of test specimen, which supported a lot in the life estimation of a component. In this work, three different composites were selected under primary composite materials and underwent bending testing for the purpose of material refinement to tackle compressive load based applications. Ansys Workbench 17.2 is an advancement tool, which is used in this work for composite generation and structural simulations. All the tests were effectively executed with the help of advanced coupling facility between different working environments. Finally, the numerical results were compared with experimental results and then suitable material is optimized. Also, the conventional theoretical formulae were used to validate the flexural outcomes. Further, the advanced finite element analyses simulations were expanded to advanced composites materials. From the above all studies, the superior material was finalized based on the multi-disciplinary optimization outcomes.
