Cholesteatoma is a chronic disease that is caused by the abnormal proliferation of keratinized squamous epithelial cells in the middle ear. This study aims to explore the role of exosomal miRNAs in the pathogenesis of cholesteatoma and their potential in clinical diagnosis.
