Abstract:Due to the influence of welding technology, a series of non-uniform and continuous heat-affected zones formed by welding seams is the weakest link of pipeline steel. Compared with the X70 steel, the heat-affected area is in the form of coarse acicular and massive ferrite, granular bainite, and a small amount of pearlite, with weak strength and corrosion resistance.
