Abstract:The optomechanical crystal nanobeam resonator has attracted the attention of researchers due to its high optomechanical coupling rate and small modal volume. In this study, we propose a high-optomechanical-coupling-rate heterostructure with a gradient cavity, and the optomechanical rates of the single mirror and hetero-optomechanical crystal nanobeam resonators are calculated. The results demonstrate that the heterostructure based on the utilization of two mirror regions realizes better confinement of the opti… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
