Study on the Acousto-Optic Coupling Effect of a One-Dimensional Hetero-Optomechanical Crystal Nanobeam Resonator

Abstract: The optomechanical crystal nanobeam resonator has attracted the attention of researchers due to its high optomechanical coupling rate and small modal volume.
