Abstract:Polyethylene glycol 1000 vitamin E succinate (TPSG1000) was commonly used as absorption promoter, solubilizer, and emulsifier in drug delivery systems. In addition, TPGS1000 possessed thermosensitivity and gelling property that were not extensively studied.
