Study on up-conversion luminescence and energy transfer of Tb3+, Yb3+, Er3+ doped Gd2O2S phosphor

Abstract: Gd 2 O 2 S co-doped Tb 3+ , Yb 3+ and Er 3+ phosphors were prepared by coprecipitation method, and their luminescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime were studied. The effects of doping concentration of Tb 3+ ion, (1 mol % -11 mol %) Tb 3+ and Yb 3+ doping ratio (1:1 -1:6) and doping concentration of Er 3+ ion (0.1 mol % -1.1 mol %) on the properties and fluorescence lifetime of synthesized Tb 3+ , Yb 3+ and Er 3+ Gd 2 O 2 S phosphors were investigated.
