Abstract:Studying of sportsmen's functional state is important aspect of their training. Analysis and assessment of workability permit to prognosticate success and give basis for determination of sportsmanship's factors. The purpose of the work: study and comparative analysis of elite martial arts sportsmen's psycho-physiological features for prognostication of their successfulness and optimization of training. Material and methods: in the research 50 martial arts sportsmen participated. First group (n=28, age -22.86±0.95 years) consisted of impart martial arts representatives (karate, thae-quan do, Mixed Martial Arts). Second group (n=22, age -22.27±1.09 years) consisted of sportsmen, practicing throwing kinds of wrestling (free style wrestling, Greco-Rome wrestling, Judo). All participants were elite sportsmen. We used battery of tests: assessment of simple motor abilities, chrono-reflex metering, tapping test, responses of choice and distinguishing, and reproduction of geometric figures. Results: we confirmed similarity of sportsmen's functional state owing to likeness of most tests' results. First group's sportsmen had confidently more touches in tests for simple motor qualities. They chose one from five colors quicker, as well as required half of screen. They had substantially less deviations from pre-set patterns (reproduction of line and shape of geometric figure). The most important qualities for success in fight were determined. For impact kinds they were: responses of choice, coincidence of shape and mean quantity of touches in motor tests. For sportsmen of throwing kinds of wrestling they were: response to audio signal, response of choice of required half of screen, reproduction of temp and line, speed of line drawing and quantity of touches in tapping test. Conclusions: we have proved importance of wrestlers' psychophysiological features as factors of success. Results of impact kinds' sportsmen illustrate better mobilization, more optimal readiness for action and more developed differentiation; better space characteristics, more optimal regulation of muscles' tonus.

Purpose: scientific rationale approaches Express-diagnostics for athletes of taekwondo section by psychophysiological parameters. Material: Total surveyed 84 people, including 68 boys and 16 girls. Were defined backup capabilities, exercise tolerance and selection of adequate individual dose of loads in preparation for the international competition, participants - taekwondo athletes. Was attended by representatives of Ukraine, Russia and Lithuania. Age groups of participants: 6 - 16 years. Athletes have different levels and different schools of training. Results: evaluation of exercise tolerance and definition of an adequate level of motor mode in taekwondo athletes in terms of the difference of lability (DL) before and after training, revealed: high and very high nervous system (NS) lability. These figures correspond to high and very high tolerance to physical loads. The respondents who had difference of liability (DL) <0, were well-trained athletes and their high points of strength of nervous system testified about good backup capabilities (withstand great and continuous loads). In 78 % of the tested load was chosen adequately. Less than 20% of the respondents noted the average backup capabilities. They need individual correction dose loads to increase adaptive capacity. Insignificant 10%, the share of respondents had low exercise tolerance at the average values NS strength, which indicates a good backup capabilities. The direct dependence: respondents with high levels on state of health, activity and mood - low levels of anxiety, frustration, aggression and rigidity. Conclusions The proposed optimized approach Express-diagnostics according to psychophysiological parameters allow you to determine the level of physical endurance, speed adaptation athletes in the sections taekwondo and adequate response to the loads.

The components of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence have been widely studied in the psychological domain of emotional intelligence. Intrapersonal intelligence is closely related to the individual's ability to recognize, regulate, and express one's feelings and emotions. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence with teamwork and the performance of athletes in the sport of karate. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a correlational research design. The population of this research is the beginner karate athletes in the said team number in Cianjur Regency with a total of 21 athletes. With characteristics: (1) Team kata karate athletes in Cianjur Regency who have received an intensive training program, (2) Age level is between 12-16 years, (3) Has practiced karate for at least 1 year, (4) Minimum belt level is yellow. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling. The conclusion of this study shows that intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence have a significant influence on teamwork for team kata athletes in karate sports, teamwork team kata athletes karate can be explained or influenced by variables of intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence by 24.9%, while 75.1% is influenced by variables that are not studied, intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence do not have a significant influence on the performance of team athletes in karate, the performance of team athletes in karate is influenced by variables of intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence of 0.56 %, while the remaining 99.44% is influenced by variables not examined.
