Study the Importance of Intelligent Transportation Systems in Solving Congestion Problems within The City and Conservation of The Environment

Abstract: Baghdad city suffer from the traffic jams problem. The lack of roads is accommodating the increase in transportation as well as the lack of the organization and healthy management.
