Subcellular micropatterning for visual immunoprecipitation reveals differences in cytosolic protein complexes downstream the EGFR

Abstract: Analysis of protein-protein interactions in living cells by protein micropatterning is currently limited to the spatial arrangement of transmembrane proteins and their corresponding downstream molecules.
