Abstract:IntroductionPsoriasis is a systemic inflammatory disease associated with elevated cardiovascular risk due to inflammatory and oxidative stress. Two‐dimensional speckle‐tracking echocardiography (2D‐STE) can detect both regional and global myocardial strain.
