Abstract:Subcutaneous anterior transposition of the ulnar nerve is a common surgical treatment for cubital tunnel syndrome. However, there are surgical failures associated with the new compressive sites at the edge of flexor carpi ulnaris (FCU) and resubluxation posterior to the medial epicondyle of the transposed nerve.
