Substance P-induced priming effects on synovial cells

Abstract: Abstract--We detected and analyzed an intracellular mechanism of a substance P-induced priming effect on cytokine production using human synovial cells. The synovial tissues were isolated from the knee joints of osteoarthritis patients.
