Successful aortic valve replacement in Leptospira infection

Abstract: We present a young male patient's case of severe aortic valve stenosis complicated with acute Leptospira infection. Stenosis had caused circulatory decompensation; therefore, patient was scheduled for elective cardiac surgery. One month before operation Leptospira infection was diagnosed.
