Successful Strategies for Using Knowledge Management in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Abstract: The purpose of this multiple case study was to explore strategies that managers of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) use to effectively integrate knowledge management (KM) into business practices.
