Abstract:These lecture notes give an introduction to supersymmetry and its phenomenology at colliders. In the first lecture, after motivating, we discuss supersymmetry formalism and the construction of supersymmetric Lagrangian with scalars, fermions and gauge bosons. The second lecture covers the structure of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). Current experimental limits and the prospects of measurements of MSSM parameters at the LHC are briefly reviewed. Assuming that the LHC finds signals of SUSY, in … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
